The house is old, and it smells so old. But all the equipment works perfectly, and in general is very cozy and comfortable.

Living in these apartments spoiled the whole impression of the trip. Inconsistency of the description of reality: you need to get to the apartments uphill or climb one of the two long stairs (not easy even for a young man), go down the same way (in the historical center there is mainly a pedestrian zone, and people go for a walk without a car). The ascents and descents are heavy, and the whole road is in potholes - we warned that we would arrive with a baby in a wheelchair, lessors did not report such a problem area. We specifically made a request whether we would have to climb stairs to get into the apartment. We received a written response that it would not be necessary, in fact it turned out that in order to get into the apartment, we need to drag our heavy carriage along 10 steps (this is after climbing uphill along the potholes). As an alternative, we were asked to leave the stroller in the basement littered with garbage (of course, we could not put it in such unsanitary conditions), especially since the child slept in the stroller at night. At the first telephone conversation, we asked about the possibility of providing a crib - having promised to do this, the landlord completely forgot about it. There is no declared view from the window - under the window there is a wooden fence, a garbage can and a neighboring hotel, noisy cars often pass by, we tried not to open the windows again. The landlord warned about the exact time of our arrival was late for 35 minutes, we had to stand on the street with a child, an elderly mother and a dog. Further attempts to communicate with both reception staff were ineffective, and sometimes simply offensive. Despite the average price in the city, we were told that we get a quality that matches the price of the place of residence, which I, however, cannot agree with. For three people we were first given one set of keys to the front door. In the apartment you can hear everything that happens upstairs and on the stairs (it also happens noisily at night). The rooms are adjoining, there is glass in the doors between them - if someone has already gone to bed and someone is not, the included light is still present in both rooms. Cleaning was not every day, although they announced daily cleaning. I wouldn’t go to this apartment anymore.
