★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pobyt v apartmánu Villa Jelení hodnotíme velice kladně, byli jsme velice spokojeni. Vše bylo čisté, majitelka je milá a komunikativní. Dům se nachází v docházkové vzdálenosti k lanovce Diana, kolonáda je téměr na dosah (cca 100-200m). Určitě jsme zde nebyli naposledy. Děkujeme!:)
We evaluate the stay in the Villa Jelení apartment very positively, we were very satisfied. Everything was clean, the owner is nice and communicative. The house is located within walking distance to the cable car Diana, the colonnade is almost within reach (about 100-200m). We certainly weren't here for the last time. Thank you! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moc krásné a klidné místo s výhledem na hotel Pup, pár metrů od kolonády. Apartmán krásný, útulně zařízený a čistý. Personál moc milý a vstřícný. Rádi se sem vrátíme. Vřele doporučuji.
Very beautiful and quiet place overlooking the Hotel Pup, a few meters from the colonnade. Apartment beautiful, comfortably furnished and clean. Staff very nice and helpful. We will be happy to return here. I warmly recommend.

The hotel is located in a very pleasant and quiet place near the center of Karlovy Vary. The rooms are clean and correspond to the photos. Thank you dear staff for the professional approach, we will be happy to return to you.

Номер достаточно большой, кухня, холодильник. Все есть. Супер

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nádherná vila s pěkně vybavenými a prostornými pokoji. Super lokalita, odkud můžete jít buď na hezký výlet do lesa nebo ke kolonádě.
Kdyby to někoho zajímalo, parkovali jsme mimo lázeňskou oblast zdarma na ulici Na Vyhlídce a U Imperiálu. Na vyložení/naložení zavazadel nás vždy u hotelu Pupp pustili zajet dál do areálu hotelu, odkud je to jen pár kroků k vile. Nic za to nechtěli, jen je třeba to říci pánovi, pokud vás zastaví.
Beautiful villa with nicely furnished and spacious rooms. Great location from where you can go either on a nice trip to the forest or to the colonnade.
If anyone is interested, we parked outside the spa area for free on Na Vyhlídce and U Imperiálu streets. For unloading / loading luggage, we were always allowed to drive further to the Hotel Pupp to the hotel grounds, from where it is only a few steps to the villa. They didn't want anything in return, you just have to tell the gentleman if they stop you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nádherná vila na skvělém místě. Kousek do centra na promenádu i do lesa na procházky. Hned vedle lanovka, která umožní další výlety. Apartmány odpovídají fotkám, vše čisté, pohodlné byli jsme nad míru spokojeni! Ideální pro rodiny s dětmi, větší skupiny lidí.. Jediné co nám chybělo byly základní suroviny v kuchyni - pepř, sůl, cukr.. Problém byl trošku s vodou (ve sprše tekla pár minutek teplá a najednou ledová - to je v zimě nepříjemné). Majitelka velice vstřícná a milá. Doporučujeme, děkujeme a určitě se vrátíme!!!
Beautiful villa in a great location. A short walk to the center on the promenade and the forest for walks. Right next to the cable car, which will allow further trips. The apartments correspond to the photos, everything clean, comfortable, we were extremely satisfied! Ideal for families with children, larger groups of people .. The only thing we lacked were the basic ingredients in the kitchen - pepper, salt, sugar .. The problem was a little with water (in the shower flowed for a few minutes warm and suddenly icy - it's uncomfortable in winter) . The owner is very helpful and kind. We recommend, thank you and we will definitely be back !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely great place to stay in Karlovy Vary. The location is perfect, right in the center .The apartment itself is big, cozy and super clean, equipped with everything for comfortable stay.
We also had a large terrace with wonderful view.
Would highly recommend this place
