A	Aigerim M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had to call over 10 times and wait for 15 minutes on a line to finally talk to an employee, who turned up to be insanely rude. I had ONE SINGLE question about an offer that was published on the website. The receptionist had absolutely no idea what I'm talking about and didn't really bother to answer my question for the entire time of the conversation. She just tried to get rid of me by repeating that I should contact the reservation team, however I told her that I want to know the answer first to decide if I want to make the reservation or not. After that she just started SHOUTING at me! I told that she should chose a better tone for speaking to clients, her tone changed to the level of "I could care less". She didn't even bother to apologise for her behaviour herself and just HANGED UP on me WITHOUT answering my ONE question. I couldn't imagine that a hotel that positions itself a 4* hotel could care that little about the Clint service. Worst experience with client service and of course I don't want to make any reservation at any of the networks hotel since employees aren't capable of taking time to answer to one simple question.

Looks like a very small hotel from outside but inside is pretty big with spa and massage services. There is an indoor pool and sauna for relaxing in the evening. There is a big parking area which may not be sufficient when the hotel is at 100% capacity. The river view rooms are the best!

We heard it is difficult to book any spa services in town as most of them are for 20-60 minutes and are part of a 3-14 days treatment staying in a complex, rather than a spa you drop in and stay at. However, you can drop in for services on short notice here! We had a very kind lady who was manning the entire spa on a public holiday who was amazing. We experienced parrafin mud wraps - feels like a nice warm hug - as well as several baths in state of the art batbtubs with jet propulsion at all parts of the body, along with changing light patterns. There are toilets in the location, I don't recall seeing any showers - but everything was clean, neat, updated, and very calm. We walked in and booked the same day and though there was a little wait time, everything was seen to very well. Paying at the reception was not an issue for us as it was on the way out anyways.
o	ozan kazan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although receptionist was new at her job she did her best to assist us.Thank you Alexandra. Cleaning of the hotel was perfect. Breakfast was amazing. Room view was excellent and they upgraded our room to a way much better one for free.

Check in was terrible it took at least 30 minutes although I had made online check-in one day before. Hotel has high quailty building but needs high quality staff for sustaining it. Let me give you 2 simple examples. There were no soap, no shampoo or any other bath equipments. There were 2 tea packages, 2 sugar packages but no coffee and when I asked from reception, he couldn't find any. These are the things you can find easily in any 2-star hotels but I couldn't in 4-star one. I will recommend coming to Karlovy Vary to my friends but not to Dvorak Spa&Wellness Hotel.
N	Nina Verzhbolovich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a guest of the spa only and didn’t stay the night. The treatment menu looks great, I’ve tried lymphatic drainage bath which was amazing. However, the overall experience would be rated at 3.5 due to inconvenient location of all the facilities and my poor experience as a guest. Spa reception is located on floor 3, and in order to pay for the visit, you need to come back to the main reception. Sauna and swimming pool are located in two different areas, and you need to walk undressed from one to another. The showers don’t have hooks and hangers, and no shower gel/soap as well. Good or drinks are not allowed, and there’s no bar at the spa

The whole staff was very kind (special thanks to Tomáš from reception!) and helpful, the room was gorgeous and the cleaning was excellent. The pool is lovely and adequate, and the wellness treatments were very good, well-priced and the staff there was also very kind, even though our Czech is poor and they struggled a little with English. Breakfast was very good, and I would have loved to visit the restaurant but it was closed at the moment. Will come back!!!
