★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is only one good thing about this hotel and that’s a location. Otherewise I do not recommend it, you get an average quality, the worst breakfasts , terrible beds and pillows, useless shower (pressure od water is very low, almost impossible to wash your hair)..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didnt like the beds in a hotel room, they are not comfortable!And there wasnt anybody at reception. And if i needed something i should have called by the number, but this girl didn't always reply.And breackfast wasnt good....im disapointed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's okay. Clean rooms. Bathroom could be better, but no major issue, just the water stream was quite weak in our shower. The breakfasts are quite bad, but I am not a breakfast person and got boiled eggs which were enough for me. I would imagine to get a bit more for the price we paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is without a doubt the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in!!! The room rate was incredibly low for a place so centrally located in the shopping district of Karlovy Vary. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Oh, yes, important stuff ... comfy bed, clean bathroom and a merely okay breakfast that doesn't get served until 8:00 AM ... there's no where else nearby to buy coffee earlier!!! Be prepared or go drink warm water out of the springs like everyone else!!! * Very little single use plastic here!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel to stay at in the centre of Karlsbad. Hotel is a bit cheaper than the other hotels, but is still great to stay at (clean, nice rooms, good breakfast). If you're in budget but want to stay in the centre of Karlsbad, I do recommend this hotel.
Important to know is that there is no parking spot at this hotel, you have to park a bit further (10 minute walk).
