★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ни чего хорошо сказать об агентстве Натали Тур не могу, постоянный обман, в офисе обещали одно, а перед посадкой в автобусе потребовали ещё деньги за номер в гостинице который был оплачен в офисе, мотивируя что вас должны были предупредить но почему то не предупредили не хотите можете не ехать но 120€ вам никто не вернёт. Думали вену испортить нечем но как оказалось можно, в основном экскурсовод предлагал шоп походы

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Прилетели из Нью-Йорка, остановились в Савой, съездили в три поездки с Натали Тур в Бамберг, Ротенберг и Вену. Две поездки были хорошие, за исключением того, что людям, вставшим в 6 утра, не предоставили возможность остановиться на service area, чтобы позавтракать и выпить чаю.
Поездка в Вену, с Виктором Логиновым была самым ужасным опытом в нашей жизни. Он был водителем/ гидом группы на 8 человек. Отношение к людям высокомерное. Грубый, мелочный человек, который не любит свою работу и не уважает туристов. Кричал, выражался нецензурной бранью. Видя подходящих к машине туристов, уехал с парковки, сильно напугав тем самым женщин-туристов,доверившихся ему. Знающий гид, но Рассказывал очень монотонно и незаинтересованно. Будьте осторожны, спрашивайте в Натали тур кто экскурсовод, чтобы не испортить себе поездку.
We flew from New York, stopped at Savoy, went on three trips with Natalie Tour to Bamberg, Rothenberg and Vienna. The two trips were good, except that people who got up at 6 am were not given the opportunity to stop at the service area to have breakfast and drink tea.
A trip to Vienna with Victor Loginov was the most terrible experience in our life. He was a group driver / guide for 8 people. Attitude towards people is arrogant. Rude, petty person who does not like his job and does not respect tourists. Shouted, expressed obscene language.
