Родители купили путевку через это Агенство в Чехию на Карловы Вары и заплатили аванс в 50% от стоимости путевки. Из-за Короны и закрытых границ они съездить не смогли. Возрат вышеуказанного платежа оказан не был, так как чешский закон Lex Voucher разрешал тур.агенствам выдать своим клиентам купон стоимостью уже сделанных платежей. Согласно тому же закону тур.агентство было обязано выплатить стоимость купона, если тот не используется до 31.08.2021. На момент написания данного отзыва (23.12.2021) выплата не произведена. На просьбу о выплате приходит отказ с указанием, что границы открыты и места отдыха открыты для посещения.
This agency threw my parents 900 Euro.
Parents bought a ticket through this Agency to the Czech Republic in Karlovy Vary and paid an advance payment of 50% of the cost of the ticket. Because of the Crown and closed borders, they could not go. The above payment was not refunded, as Czech law Lex Voucher allowed travel agencies to issue a coupon to their customers for the value of payments already made. According to the same law, the travel agency was obliged to pay the cost of the coupon if it is not used before 08/31/2021. At the time of writing this review (12/23/2021), the payment has not been made. The request for payment is refused, indicating that the borders are open and the recreation areas are open to the public.
