A	Angy Mar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location. Central. Next to good restaurants and geysers. Room is spacious. The apartments consist of a bedroom, a corridor, room and a large bathroom. Slippers available. Coffee and tea for an additional fee incide room. There is a kettle, coffee cups and glasses. nice furniture. But double bed wich supposed to be one has 2 separate beds together
P	Phil Angy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good rooms decorated with classical style but elegant and with modern equipment. The location is superb, in the heart of the city and in a very quiet street. Breakfast is relly great in choice, quality and is changed everyday. The swimming pool is a bit small but clean. Recommended.

Worst dissapointment was pool not accessible cuz it will be definitely booked by someone even though it was presented as free to use.

If you would like to swim after a day trip be sure it would be reserved by somebody for extra money. So, don't believe in the nice ad calling "free to use" pool. We were not able to try it. My huge disappointment, don't consider it as a 4 starts hotel.
T	Teodora M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I start. So, at first the check in was a bit complicated, lot's of procedures etc. I don't think they speak any language fluently, except russian. Anyhow, room was clean, bed was nice, food was tasty - most of the staff was polite - not as much as they are to the russian tourists. They did try to accommodate us once we complained about multiple things... Now the bad part : The staff rarely wears masks as well as their usual clientele... We did not feel that welcome as they kept rolling their eyes when we expressed some safety concerns. Spa was also overbooked, sauna didn't work... So, not much to do.... Ah, loud music was playing on speakers in the hallway before breakfast - I complained about it then they said oh well in the morning you have go wake up to grab breakfast, lol. Anyhow, I think the staff did try their best but I think they have a management problem. Maybe the manager should visit other hotels around the globe to see what a 4* hotel looks like, because this deff ain't it.
N	Night Nymph on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First things first, if I could I would give ZERO stars for this Hotel. I booked this for my parents wedding trip and everything already went downhill when they arrived! They didn't got their booked and promised parking lot, the food was ridiculous and very poor, their Spa sessions were extremely bad timed and even so bad that they couldn't even attend most of them. They didn't even got a balcony in their Room which actually also was part of the contract what I booked them! So to everyone who wants to go there, be warned to get almost nothing and prepare to cheer you up with making fun of what you get. Totally NOT worth the money and I am definitely not gonna recommend this to anyone. Such a shame!
