Myslím, že i to krásné prostředí přispělo k mé velké spokojenosti. Měla jsem problém s kyčlí. Masér mi pomohl! Rozhodně se sem budu vracet. Ideal location. Large rooms with high ceilings. Excellent rich food. The Velnes spaces surprised me - they are beautiful. I think that this beautiful environment also contributed to my great satisfaction. I had a hip problem. The masseur helped me! I will definitely return here.
T	Tima Zagorski (Zagoru.cz) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel ma jen 3 a půl hvězdičky, ale ve skutečnosti má spíše 4 a půl. Luxusní interiér, perfektní domluva s perzonálem a hlavně ty procedury. Jezdím do Karlových Varů 5 posledních let a můžu říct, že wellness procedury mají lepší, než kdokoli jiný (samozřejmě nepočítáme 5-hvězdičkové drahé hotely). Cena-kvalita zde určitě odpovídá. Na místě vám vždy nabídnou slevu. Je vidět, že se starají o hosty, to není jen můj osobní názor. The hotel has only 3 and a half stars, but in fact it has 4 and a half. Luxurious interior, perfect arrangement with the staff and especially the procedures. I have been going to Karlovy Vary for the last 5 years and I can say that the wellness procedures are better than anyone else (of course we do not count 5-star expensive hotels). The price-quality here definitely corresponds. They will always offer you a discount on the spot. You can see that they take care of the guests, it's not just my personal opinion.
J	Jan Kulhánek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pěkný hotel v centru Karlových Varů. Pokoje čisté a funkční, ačkoli na můj vkus opravdu hodně východní vzhled. Takže je vidět komu je primárně určen. Paní na recepci velmi milá a ochotná. Ale pro mě opravdu velké mínus je parkování, respektive nemožnost parkování. Hotel nemá své parkoviště a ani žádná parkovací místa i třeba za poplatek. Měl jsem kliku, že paní recepční zavolala známému který mi na jednu noc přenechal za 10€ své parkovací místo. Protože nechat auto mimo centrum a kodrcat se hromadnou dopravou, popřípadě taxíkem do hotelu není úplně user friendly ... Nice hotel in the center of Karlovy Vary. Rooms clean and functional, although to my taste really a lot of eastern appearance. So you can see who it's primarily for. The lady at the reception very nice and helpful. But for me, a really big minus is parking, or rather the impossibility of parking. The hotel does not have its own car park or parking spaces, even for a fee. I had a handle that the receptionist called a friend who left me his parking space for one night for € 10. Because leaving the car out of the center and bumping with public transport or a taxi to the hotel is not completely user friendly ...

The decoration is Neoclassical and beautiful. I totally recommend it.
