Rooms are amazing, service excellent and the position is perfect to visit the city.
The onwer was very kind to help me and my girlfriend for parking our car and looking for restaurant.
For sure, I will go back! TOP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I had the best time at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and cosy. It is modern and newly renovated and they provide you with everything you need. We are definitely coming back, next time we're in Karlovy Vary. :)

We enjoyed our stay so much at the key boutique hotel and the city of Karlovy Vary is a must see for all.
The staff was helping us with all our questions and gave us a lot of information about the best places in the city and where to visit. We were feeling really welcome and will definitely come back again!

We stayed here two nights and it was totally worth it. The building is historical and everything was curated at its best. The location of the hotel is also very good and it’s really quiet.
The staff was so friendly, always helping us and always smiling. :)
The room we stayed was called Tokyo. Everything was clean and the beds were so comfortable.
Breakfast was pretty good too. You could chose by yourself your preferences. The girls at the kitchen were very kind.
