★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very friendly. The location is unbeatable - it is right near the main colonnade. The breakfast are probably one the best I have ever had. They have a nice buffet, but will do an omelette or alike if you ask them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful location. In the heart of the local buzz. Stone's throw away from the main thermal spring Mill Collonade. Extremely friendly, courteous staff. Sumptuous buffet breakfast. They remembered my birthday and gave me a gift! ☺️ Memorable stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is situated in the old city center, very near to all the Spa and Shopping attractions. All the hotel staff was very friendly and helful. We had the superiour room. The Room was very clean and the bed comfortable altought its already a bit old. Roomsize was good. Bathroom with shower and bidet (no bathtub). There is a minibar in the room, big windows but no aircon. The breakfast had an average choice and the quality was still ok - space for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Palatine in Karlovy vary is a nice hotel ,very clean,with big rooms.the beds were big,the pillows big and soft,the covers also good.The view was very good .The problem is that the parking place was very far and we really were afraid for its safety.However we had a good breakfast .
The toiletries weren't good ,I would prefer a more updated equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small nice Hotel in the very Center of Karlsbad CZ. The personnel are nice. They speak English or German. Rooms are clean and has the right size. Breakfast is a Bonus. When traveling with car Park directly at Hotel thermal the closest parking space near the hotel. 10 euro a day
