WE ONLY FOUND OUT WHEN WE GOT THERE!!!
There was an information written at the main entrance saying
'The Hotel is closed from 15.02.2022 for operational reasons.
Your stay we arranged in the Hotel Karlsbad Madonna, Moravska 2093/2A (distance approx. 200 m).
MOB. +420 728 800 968.
If you are interested in reservation of accommodation please contact Mrs. Masatova MOB. +420 607 576 769'
When I talked to the Receptionist and some Manager from the Madonna Hotel they said they are operating like this since 15.02.2022 ...... I'm not sure if this is even legal and how booking.com allows this to happen in their reservation system?
Please look into this.,
I was very disappointed with all this situation as the Hotel I was then given was not even closer to what I had in mind in terms of location, decoration, etc.
