★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is exceptional. We stayed in the Junior Suite and it was top notch. Even received size matched robes for our 3 and 6 year old kids. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Karlovy Vary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff hardly speaks English and communicating is quiet hard. No air conditioning, tea/coffee facilities in rooms. Receptionist is worst I had met. Didn’t intened to hear our problem. Despite all advantages the overall experience is not as we expected!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to say a big thank you to the doctor Irene Cipova who is GREAT specialist (she will recommend the best for health -treatment and procedures) and to Monika from procedures (the best maseur and also in pneumopuncture) Nikola from reservation - very very nice professionals.
Related the hotel - clean rooms, good food, high level of procedures.
Director of the hotel Milada Sarova is nice and highly involved in activity of the hotel that is very important (she will check everything).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique Spa experience. The sauna landscape is so pleasurable! Staff is very helpful! Clean premises. Only problem: Parking costs around 10€ per day. That's too much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came over to Prezident hotel for some treatments today (living in the hotel nearby) and absolutely loved it. Thanks a lot to Pavlina for helping us with choosing great baths and being so friendly and nice throughout selection process, treatment and afterwards. This has absolutely made our day and makes us want to return to enjoy it again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a nice place. Staff smokes in the lobby, disinterested and rude. Hotel is a far cry from the luxury 4 or 5 star they are claiming to be. The building has been refurbished recently and rooms are big, that is the only positive i can think of. Food is simply terrible, treatments are mediocre and you have to pay cash as well. Location is central-ish but on a hill and away from the main promenade. The city has plenty of beautiful hotels on offer, it's not one of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, stunning room and comfortable bed. I definitely enjoyed the breakfast and dinner bouffets, the food usually tasted delicious! The spa and massage were also super nice.
Only problem I had was that my room only had a bathtub with no curtain or glass, so showering was kind of uncomfortable, but otherwise great place.
