The route is divided into two circuits - both acquaint in an engaging way with the long history of the local settlement. As a start to the route, I would recommend the Celtic oppidum Závist information center. Here you will receive a printed leaflet with a map, but you will also find all the information on the website. The first circuit (educational trail in the village, panels 1 - 6) leads through the village, measures 3 kilometers, and describes buildings from the Stone Age, through the settlement of the Celts to the early medieval fort. The second circuit (Oppidum Závist trail, panels 7 - 12) starts at the crossroads behind the village of Lhota and leads through the most important localities of the Závist National Cultural Monument. This route is approximately 2.3 kilometers long. It introduces in great detail the archaeological survey of the fort (fort, gates, fortifications, acropolis area). Another part of the fort is located on the slopes and the top of the opposite side of the Břežanské valley. The route overcomes a steeper ascent to the Acropolis. It leads along forest paths and footpaths.
