C	Chaloupka František on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěl jsem zrušit smlouvu a každy operátor říkal něco jiného. První mi řekl ze nic platit nebudu jen měsíc podle smlouvy a nakonec platím dva měsíce a ješte 500 za zrušení nechápu za co, takže v podstatě jsem mel internet 3 měsíce za nějakých 1600 a nějakých 1500 zaplatím za zrušení i kdyz proste dva měsíce internet nebudu používat. Kdyby me o tom pán na telefonu neujistil, tak nic neřeknu. Podle me je to banda zlodějů a nedoporučuji tuhle firmu. Opravdu hrozné jednání. I wanted to cancel the contract and every operator said something else. The first told me I wouldn't pay anything for just a month under contract and I finally pay two months and still 500 for cancellation I don't understand what, so basically I had internet for 3 months for some 1600 and some 1500 pay for cancellation even if I just won't use the internet . If the gentleman on the phone did not assure me, I will not say anything. I think it's a bunch of thieves and I don't recommend this business. Really terrible behavior.
P	Pavel Pospa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V Břeclavi zatím top. Internet na optice i televizní služby v pohodě. Jsou to brňáci, ale mají tu v Břeclavi i pobočku, takže všechno s něma můžete řešit osobně. In Breclav top yet. Internet for both optics and TV services are cool. They are brats, but they also have a branch in Břeclav, so you can solve everything with them personally.
Z	Zbyněk Fojt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělý ISP pro trpělivé lidi se spoustou času. Nám doma internet už půlroku náhodně klesá rychlost téměř k nule, nebo pro jistotu internet padá úplně. Několikrát byli o nedostatcích informováni, technici pořád něco řeší, no neúspěšně. Jakmile skončí smlouva, utíkám jinam, horší to být snad ani nemůže. Great ISP for patient people with lots of time. For six months at home, the internet has been accidentally dropping to almost zero, or, for sure, the internet is falling completely. Several times they were informed about the shortcomings, technicians are still solving something, but unsuccessfully. Once the contract is over, I run away, perhaps it can't be worse.
K	Kryštof Čech on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, dřívé jsem byl s internetem spokojen, ale čím déle ho doma máme, tím horší to je, několikrát denně spadne uploud, download, větší ping, dřívé jsem byl nadmíru spokojen, ale teď je to hrozné a nedá se to vystát, cca 5x denně mám tyhle výpadky, pochybuju, že problém je na mé straně protože v počítači mám LAN kabel a router starý též není, nešlo by mi o stabilní download, ale hlavně o stabilní uploud což určitě nemám :). Hello, before I was satisfied with the Internet, but the longer we have it at home, the worse it is, several times a day it falls down, download, bigger ping, before I was extremely satisfied, but now it's terrible and it can't be stopped 5 times a day I have these outages, I doubt that the problem is on my side because I have a LAN cable in the computer and the router is not old either, it would not be a stable download, but mainly a stable uploud which I definitely don't have :).
L	Laco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší internetový poskytovatel v okolí. Neustálé výpadky, vysoký ping. Vyřešení problému přes podporu trvá minimálně týden. ROZHODNĚ NEDOPORUČUJU The worst internet provider around. Constant outages, high ping. It takes at least a week to resolve the issue through support. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Už jsou to 3 měsíce, co jsem problém hlásila, a stále čekám, až se někdo ozve. I used to be happy too. But the connection has been down for at least half a year. The router must be restarted several times a day. It's been 3 months since I reported the problem, and I'm still waiting for someone to respond.
