Pokud bych neměl nedávnou poměrně pozitivní zkušenost s telefonním oddělením retence společnosti Vodafone, tak po návštěvě této pobočky, bych na 100% po více než 10 letech naši firemní smlouvu vypověděl a přešel k jinému operátoru. To už snad i O2 by byla lepší volba ... At this branch, I encountered probably the "biggest" incompetence and reluctance to address customer requirements. If I did not have a recent relatively positive experience with Vodafone's telephone retention department, after visiting this branch, I would terminate our company contract 100% after more than 10 years and switch to another operator. Perhaps O2 would be a better choice ...

Snížení svého tarifu, aktivaci nové SIMky a reklamaci posledního vyúčtování. Personál pobočky byl vždy příjemný, ochotný a komunikativní. Vždy vyřešili vše, co jsem potřebovala k mé spokojenosti. Jsem ráda, že je pobočka Vodafone s tak dobrým personálem v Břeclavi. In the last 3 months, I have solved my requirements here at the branch in Břeclav three times already. Reduction of your tariff, activation of a new SIM card and claim for the last bill. The staff of the branch was always pleasant, helpful and communicative. They always solved everything I needed to my satisfaction. I am glad that there is a Vodafone branch with such good staff in Břeclav.
