M	Michaela Janíková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nákup proběhl v pořádku, telefon přišel během 3 dnů, fungoval dobře cca 7 měsíců a potom se pokazil. Telefon mi nebyl uznán na reklamaci z důvodu údajného poškození mnou, komunikace potom vázla, více jak dva týdny jsem čekala na odpověď, kdy jsem se dožadovala telefonu a servisní zprávy. Telefon jsem po 3 týdnech dostala zpět, ovšem servisní zprávu nikoli. Po diagnostice a následném opravení telefonu v jiném servisu mi bylo sděleno, že byla vadná baterie, která zapříčinila problémy s telefonem (tedy ne mou vinou jak mi bylo oznámeno). Jsem velmi zklamaná z jednání ze strany prodávajícího a nedoporučuji tento obchod. K Vaší odpovědi: Po předání telefonu do jiného servisu mi bylo sděleno, že problémy displeje byly způsobeny právě baterií, která se “nafoukla” a nikoliv pádem (když telefon je mimo drobný škrábanec na displeji, se kterým jsem telefon zakoupila, ve velmi dobrém stavu). Stojím si tedy za tím, že oprava měla být řešena v rámci reklamace. Věřím, že máte mnoho spokojených zákazníků, avšak já mezi ně nepatřím a z toho důvodu nehodlám měnit své hodnocení (k čemuž mě nabádáte v e-mailové komunikaci). The purchase went well, the phone arrived within 3 days, worked well for about 7 months and then broke down. My phone was not recognized for a complaint due to alleged damage by me, then the communication stalled, I waited for more than two weeks for an answer, when I requested the phone and service messages. I got the phone back after 3 weeks, but not the service message. After diagnosing and subsequently repairing the phone at another service, I was told that the battery was defective, which caused problems with the phone (not through my fault as I was notified). I am very disappointed with the seller's actions and do not recommend this store. To your answer: After handing over the phone to another service, I was told that the display problems were caused by the battery, which "inflated" and not by falling (when the phone is out of a small scratch on the display with which I bought the phone, in very good condition ). I therefore stand by the fact that the repair should have been resolved within the complaint. I believe that you have many satisfied customers, but I am not one of them and therefore I do not intend to change my rating (which you encourage me in e-mail communication).

S telefonem došel i malý dáreček, který velmi potěší :) Mohu jedině doporučit! For me, maximum satisfaction, I have had the phone for half a year and everything works as it should without a single problem. Další problém byl, že během hovorů mě lidi špatně slyšeli, ale jinak byl mikrofon v pořádku. Než jsem stačila dát telefon k reklamaci, bohužel mi prasknul, tudíž reklamovat jsem nešla. Ale co se dělo pak. V servisu, kde mi měnili displej jsem se dozvěděla, že displej už na tom telefon měněný byl, nebyl utěsněný, telefon byl napůl vytopený a voda byla nad mikrofonem, proto nefungoval tak jak měl. Za mě již nikdy více, takovýhle telefon prezentovat jako kategorii A+? Neskutečné. Last June, I bought an iPhone 8 category A +. At the service, where they changed my display, I learned that the display was already changed, the phone was not sealed, the phone was half-heated and the water was above the microphone, so it did not work as it should. For me, never again to present such a phone as an A + category? Unreal.
