J	Jana Kachyňová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Souhlasím s ostatními. Půl roku nebyli schopni mi opravit e kasu. Arogantní a bohužel úplně mimo slečna i ostatní zaměstnanci. Raději jezdím do Olympie tam mě závadu odstranili na místě. Ano trvalo to cca 90 minut ale konečně e Kasa funguje!!!!! V Břeclavi si asi neuvědomují co svým přístupem můžou všechno způsobit. I agree with the others. For half a year they were not able to fix my e-mail. Arrogant and unfortunately completely outside the miss and other employees. I prefer to go to Olympia there, they fixed me on the spot. Yes it took about 90 minutes but finally e Kasa works !!!!! In Břeclav, they probably don't realize what their approach can cause everything.
D	Dobri Marinov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pani/slecna zapsala reklamace set-top-boxu ktery jsem mnel dom teprve 20 min i prez upozorneni ze potrebuju nachradni ktery podporuje pripojeni wi-fi a ujisteni z jeji strani ze ten co mi pujcuje podporuje wifi pripojeni tak jsem 45 min nastavoval a cetl, pak 45 min telefonoval z O2 podpora a nakonec jsme zjistili ze set-top-box co mi pujcila nepodporuje wifi....... ? Mrs. / Miss registered a complaint about the set-top box, which I had the house for only 20 minutes, despite the warning that I need a backbone that supports Wi-Fi and assured by her that the lender supports WiFi connection, so I set up and read for 45 minutes, then he called for 45 minutes from O2 support and finally we found out from the set-top box what the loan did not support wifi ....... ?

Nesmírně arogantní člověk který vám dá jasně najevo jak moc ji otravujete. The terrible staff, moreover, have no idea how the services they sell work. Especially Miss Štulmanová. Pak s blbými připomínkami opět zaměstnankyně tvrdí co jde a co ne , pak ale udělá svou práci tak ,že vystaví příjmový pokladní doklad úplně na jiné jméno. Nezlobte se , ale kromě toho, že je tam neschopný personál, jsou i neskutečně nepříjemní , když jdete s reklamací The appalling staff, the reluctant employee, nothing goes until you call the O2 line and complain. Můj volný čas chci trávit smysluplně a ne opakovanými návštěvami na prodejně. Dnes jsem tam byla naposled a tolik personálu co tam bylo jsem tam ještě nezažila. Nedoporučuji tuto prodejnu a firmu!!!! I am not satisfied, incompetent and unprofessional staff. I did one thing for them for the fourth time. I want to spend my free time meaningfully and not repeated visits to the store. Today I was there for the last time and so many staff I was there had never experienced. I do not recommend this store and company !!!!

Když se snaží okrádat invalidu ohledně rychlosti internetu, kterou mu nabízejí nejrychlejší přitom realita je někde jinde tak je asi něco špatně. Telefon za mně okey, je jedno kam půjdete, všichni jsou stejní ale co se týče internetu tak zde bych nedoporučoval. Rychlost příšerná a ve finále když rušíte internet po 20 letech tak po Vás chtějí i Ethernet kabel původní. No nemá cenu psát dál. Za mně špatně. ??? Terror.
