★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přešel jsem k T-mobile nedávno od jiného operátora,u kterého jsem byl 20 let,ale jeho aroganci jsem již nehodlal snášet. V T-Mobile Hodonín se mne ujali opravdu přátelsky a ač bývalý operátor mi dělal naschváli jen jak mohl, dotahli se mnou přechod s přehledem do konce. Nyní jsem k T-Mobile přešel i od poskytovatele Kt a Int, takže jsem zvědavý, jak budu spokojený. K přechodu k T-Mobile jsem přesvědčil i manželku, která byla také 20 let u jiného operátora,takže, kdybych nebyl spokojen, tak bych toto, což si dovedete představit neriskoval. Přístup operátorů v Hodoníně je prostě ukázkový a musím říci, že s přístupem k zákazníkovi v T-Mobile Plzeň, kde se občas zastavím, protože částečně bydlím i v Plzni se nedá srovnat.Proto, když jsem v Plzni, tak raději počkám, až budu opět v Hodoníně s vyřízením jakéhokoliv záležitosti ohledně T-Mobile. To myslím mluví za vše. Zatím tedy 100% spokojenost.
I recently switched to T-mobile from another operator I had been with for 20 years, but I no longer intended to tolerate his arrogance. At T-Mobile Hodonín, they received me in a really friendly way, and although the former operator did it to me on purpose as much as he could, they completed the transition with me with an overview. Now I have also switched to T-Mobile from the provider Kt and Int, so I am curious how satisfied I will be. I also convinced my wife, who was also with another operator for 20 years, to switch to T-Mobile, so if I was not satisfied, I would not risk this, which you can imagine. The approach of the operators in Hodonín is simply exemplary and I must say that with the approach to the customer in T-Mobile Plzeň, where I sometimes stop, because I partially live in Pilsen, it cannot be compared. Therefore, when I am in Pilsen, I prefer to wait until I again in Hodonín with the settlement of any matter concerning T-Mobile. I think that speaks for itself. So far, 100% satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super prodejna kde vše vědí vše o produktech T-Mobilu a poradí vám když si nevíte rady nebo když se to pokazi a né jak operátoři na telefonu a v prodejně v Hradci Králové ve Futuru kteří vám dají klamavé informace a nic o nabízených produktů nic nevědí. Vědí jen to co si přečtou na monitoru??
