★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reklamace rychlosti připojení s odpovědí, že bohužel mezi vysílači vyrostl strom a že s tím nejde nic dělat... Sepsána stížnost e-mailem bez odpovědi. Vše zachraňují technici v terénu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedním slovem perfektní! Objednáno 300Mb/300Mb a tuto rychlost mám kdykoliv zkouším měření rychlosti. Sice byl po podepsání smlouvy problém a měřil jsem jen 94Mb, stačilo ale zavolat technikovi a hned druhý den volal s omluvou že vyměnil něco u nás v domě a rychlost byla v pořádku. Jsou tady sice i levnější firmy, pokud chce ale někdo kvalitní internet na optice, tohle je jasná volba. Nedávno mi dokonce volali že mi dají na rok zdarma IPTV :) Doporučil jsem internet i rodičům a měli ho zřízený hned druhý den, dokonce tam jeli za týden znovu a zdarma vyměnili slabý wifi router za nový! Abych nepsal jen samou chválu tak na zákaznickou linku se nedá téměř dovolat, technikovi se ale dovolám vždy takže tam vlastně ani nevolám.
In a word, perfect! Ordered 300Mb / 300Mb and I have this speed whenever I try to measure speed. Although there was a problem after signing the contract and I measured only 94Mb, it was enough to call a technician and the next day he called with an apology that he had exchanged something in our house and the speed was fine. There are also cheaper companies here, but if someone wants quality internet on the optics, this is a clear choice. Recently, they even called me to give me free IPTV for a year :) I recommended the internet to my parents and they had it set up the very next day, they even went there again in a week and exchanged a weak wifi router for a new one for free! In order not to write just praise, it is almost impossible to call the customer line, but I always call the technician, so I don't even call there.
