Vyplnění všech potřebných údajů k podání bylo jednoduché, program vás navede krok za krokem s patřičnými vysvětlivkami a upozornění na případné chyby. A trvá to jen chvilku! Následná emailová komunikace a odeslání formulářů datovou schránkou na příslušné úřady - téměř obratem. Určitě použiji znovu! I highly recommend Neotax. My initial concerns from the "online accountant" were absolutely unnecessary. Filling up all the necessary data to submit was simple, the program will lead you step by step with appropriate explanations and alerts to any errors. And it takes just a moment! Subsequent email communication and send forms by a data box to the competent authorities - almost turnover. I'll definitely use again!
V	V S (Steff) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied through dendax to get my US tax refund. It turned out that dendax's services are provided by neotax. I mailed them several times, and usually I didnt get an answer to my questions but a template message that 'we are still waiting for the documents' even on the end of January. I filed a complaint and finally got a proper answer to my questions and my main problem: that both dendax and neotax tried to charge me for one and the same service. I would have been eligible for around 700 $, half of my taxes. Literally nowhere it was stated why I would only get half of my payed taxes. I guess they would have simply kept the other half. In the end I filed my tax return papers with turbotax, which was totally free of charge and granted me every single dollar of my tax payed taxes. It took 1 hour to complete it, and 2 weeks to get the money. And I've been in contact with neotax for 3 months and nothing ever happened. Everything just seems to be so misterious about them. Oh and one transaction under 1000$ costs 8 dollars. And with turbotax it is directly deposited to your account without any fees.
