Ne jenom že když si chcete jít zaplatit Vámi vybrané zboží, čekáte na jedné kase přibližně 10 minut.. to bych snad ještě přežila.. ale když pak zboží chcete vrátit, přivítá Vás protivná STAFF Dáma která jakmile uslyší že jdete něco vracet, tak div že oči jí nevypadnou.. mluví s Vámi jakoby jste měli znát jejich pravidla pro postup vrácení zboží.. a poté co s Vámi nepříjemná Dáma vše vyřeší, nakonec uslyšíte že "takovou pi tady neviděla".. Dost mě Dáma pobavila a posílám i stížnost nahoru, aby si Dáma zapamatovala že takhle se k zákazníkům nechová!! A lituji toho že sem to neřešila hned na místě a pouze jí sdělila aby si příště tu pi odpustila! Total dissatisfaction! Not only that if you want to go pay for your chosen goods, you wait for about 10 minutes at one cash register .. I would probably survive that .. but if you want to return the goods, you will be greeted by the annoying STAFF Lady who as soon as she hears that you are going to return something that her eyes do not fall out .. she talks to you as if you should know their rules for the return procedure .. and after the unpleasant Lady solves everything with you, you will eventually hear that "she has not seen such a pi ** here" .. The Lady amused me a lot and I send even a complaint up to the Lady to remember that she doesn't treat customers like that !! And I regret that I didn't deal with it right on the spot and only told her to forgive herself next time!
