I was happy with everything, very pleasant staff, handled the request immediately, I did not. I was offered a favorable tariff + other services. I recommend to visit :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokaždé, když tam jdu, je tam plno a čekám minimálně 30 minut. Několikrát jsem čekání vzdal a šel pryč. Zřizoval jsem jen O2 TV a kolem toho vzniklo spousta chyb - dodali 2 settop boxy místo jednoho, zadali místo č.p. e.č. a tím mi znemožnili mít rychlejší internet za cenu pomalejšího a mnohé další. To, že tam přijdu a chci něco řešit na provozovně a je tam věčně plno a to včetně call centra, jen podtrhuje celé mé vnímání společnosti O2.
Every time I go there, it's full and I wait at least 30 minutes. Several times I gave up waiting and went away. I was just setting up O2 TV and there were a lot of mistakes around it - they supplied 2 settop boxes instead of one, they entered the place no. e.č. and that made it impossible for me to have faster internet at a slower rate and much more. The fact that I come there and want to solve something at the business premises and it is forever full, including the call center, only underscores my whole perception of O2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pán prodavač byl na nás hnusný za to, že nám nechtělo najet moje 02... pořád že je to telefonem a né aplikací.. přitom vše ostatní jelo... machroval že on má mobil za 50 tis. a když jsem toho měla dost a začla jsem na něj být hnusná taky.. tak nám řekly ať se seberem a jdem pryč... s takovým přístupem to moc dalwko nedotáhne..
Mr. Salesman was disgusting to us for not wanting to run my 02 ... still that it's a phone and not an application .. while everything else went ... he messed up that he has a cell phone for 50 thousand. and when I had had enough and I started to be disgusting with him too .. so they told us to pick up and go away ... with such an approach it doesn't make it much farww ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofální přístup, neochota a hlavně se snaží, aby se člověk cítil, že něco provedl.. Vyslechla jsem telefon i se zákazníkem a taky se k němu nechoval dvakrát lidsky. Vnutí vám telefon, co nechcete a když ho jdete vrátit na druhý den tak jsou hnusní, nic vám nevrátí a řeknou vám, že měla jste možnost si ho na prodejně vyzkoušet a zjistit vady.... Končím u O2 a půjdu je konkurenci.

They'll force your phone on what you don't want, and if you go back the next day they're disgusting, they won't return anything and they'll tell you that you had the opportunity to try it out at the store and find out the defects ....
