★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi neprijemna zkusenost, kupovala jsem dve veci, u obou cena jina nez byla uvedena na regalu. Prodavacka mi rekla, ze za to mohou zakaznici a ze je nejake divne, ze jsem si jine ceny vsimla az po nakupu. Nevim, kdy jindy si toho ma clovek vsimnout. Asi pred nakupem. Poslala me do regalu, at ji donesu z regalu cenovku. Pak mi rekla, ze jde o jine zbozi. To uz jsem ji k regalu odvedla a ukazala ji, ze ma vedle sebe 3 stejne cenovky. Zase vse svedla na zakazniky. Na dotaz, jestli ji zakaznici prerovnavaji bezne celou radu zbozi uz neodpovedela. Byla bych ochotna pochopit, ze se to obcas stane, ale prodavacka se celou dobu chovala velmi arogantne a jen svalovala chybu na druhe. Kdyby se radeji omluvila a rekla ze to opravi, udelala by lepe.

I already took her to the shelf and showed her that I had 3 identical price tags next to each other. She seduced everyone into customers again. She did not answer the question whether the customers regularly reorder her. I would be willing to understand that it happens from time to time, but the saleswoman behaved very arrogant all the time and just blamed the other. If she'd rather apologize and say fix it, she'd do better.
