★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na výdej si nemohu stěžovat. Zboží, které jsem si objednal přes internet tam bylo za pár dnů, když jsem chtěl zboží reklamovat, tak stačilo přijít a donést patřičné věci, vše se sepsalo na místě za pár minut, teď jen čekám na vyřízení reklamace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při reklamaci požádáno o zadání do systému preferované vrácení peněz, idiot ale stejně zadal výměna/oprava. A ještě dělal blbého a ptal se na číslo účtu. Dlužíte mi 5 tisíc.

Reklamuju něco u čeho specifikuji že díry v něm nejsou zdroj problému, a po 2 týdenním čekání mi příjde zpráva že ta reklamace je zamítnuta kvůli mechanickému poškození toho produktu?... Ani nebylo zkontrolováno jestli je to vůbec zdroj chyby.
