★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravdu velké zklamání. Objednala jsem si dva produkty i s montáží. Velké sliby, nakonec zapomněli na termín. Při následujícím termínu přivezli oba produkty a začali se vymlouvat, že montáž neudělají. Při přemlouvání namontovali digestoř (částečně) za 500Kč a druhý produkt odmítli namontovat i přes to, že to bylo předem domluvené! Také mi předali nepravdivé informace, např. dálkové ovládání a dotykové ovládání je snad rozdíl! Už nikdy, nedoporučuji.
Really big disappointment. I ordered two products with assembly. Big promises, in the end they forgot the deadline. The next term, they brought both products and began to make excuses that they would not do the assembly. When persuading, they installed a hood (partially) for CZK 500 and they refused to install the second product, despite the fact that it was agreed in advance! They also gave me false information, such as remote control and touch control is perhaps the difference! Never again, I do not recommend.

Je to velice super firma s převelice ocitnou a milou obsluhou, která umí za vás rozhodnout a pomoc i s výběrem zbozi pokud máte vybráno více výrobků a nejste schopni se rozhodnout. Velice si cením a vážím této obsluhy v této firmě. Děkuji
