This place is hell on earth for infertile couples, if you think life can’t get worse the Gest team seems up for the challenge and WILL try their best to make it worse. Our IVF there was an absolute horror, we had an IVF for male factor only and were both 30 at the time, I have a high AMH, here is a quick recap of what to expect in this clinic: 1-They do not check hormone levels at all during your stimulation, and if you ask about it they will simply tell you this method is obsolete (eye-rolling), in fact it appears they are most likely just trying to save costs by not checking any blood levels. This led to one of the lead doctors prescribing the trigger shot too early and retrieving almost only immature oocytes (this never occurred on future treatments at home as hormone levels provide important data on when to trigger). 2.My egg retrieval was weirdly booked just before Easter, and the clinic closed for 2 days for this occasion, I believe this had a real impact on the physician’s decision to plan the trigger shot too soon in order to prevent it from falling during their closure days (no egg retrievals are planned on bank holidays so if you are ready then…well too bad) 2-I felt like on an actual conveyor belt, this is a tiny clinic, smaller than most houses, and they are well over full capacity. Do not expect to get a chance to ask much, the glamourous sales reps have no clue of what is going on with your IVF treatment and are mostly hanging around you for display. They will NOT provide you with info on your embryos before the transfer day unlike most other clinics where you get the chance of having daily updates. 3.Transfers are done with no assistance of ultrasound, when I asked why the doctor simply replied: ‘Yes I do wish we had an ultrasound machine in this room’… considering all that can go wrong in IVF using ultrasound guided transfers seems important, especially considering the unimpressive efficiency of their doctor in my treatment. 4.The egg collection was the most painful experience of my life, and I have had others at home since, the pain I experienced in this clinic was nothing compared to your usual IVF, I was swollen for weeks and could hardly walk for days. I now know this is not normal and egg retrievals are not meant to be that painful. 5.Try asking for proof, or any data that supports the success rate they claim to have, and they will simply tell you they can not provide this as most clients are from abroad. I wish I hadn’t been so naïve and actually understood this is just a business trying to attract more customers with shiny unproven numbers.

Our baby conceived at GEST is over a year old and healthy and good-natured. Everything about our experience was positive from the first e-mail to the transfer, which was so painless I almost wondered if anything had been done. Six days later I was pregnant. Fees were transparent and there were no surprises. Staff from the driver to the doctor were professional, attentive, and available and the clinic was spotless and comfortable. I chose Prague because of the prohibitive costs in the U.S. (which has plenty of mercenary clinics that prey on infertile couples) and my Slavic heritage. We are forever thankful to GEST.

We are very pleased with the IVF treatment we received at this clinic. The clinic is bright and modern, the procedures carried out thoroughly and with ease. We liked Dr Polášková very much and would highly recommend her.

We had a successful fertility treatment with Procrea after several others that were not. The difference with Procrea was not only that we achieved what we wanted but that the communication with them and the attention received was really good. This made us fill comfortable during all the process. Everything has been clear for us during the whole time we have been dealing with them.

Service is not good. Every time I come, there is a problem. Nurses forgot to help me out after the treatment (they told me to wait there 10-15 min but after 45 min one nurse came and said they just forgot about me), receipt is always on a wrong amount of meds so I need to call them and ask for another receipt and go to pharmacy again... When I asked about quality of embryo transferred, the doctor said he has no clue and that he would have to check with the embryologist to answer that - however, he never did. For some reason, the doctors look super tired - not communicative, not supportive but very business oriented. I am planning to change clinic soon.

We were here last year and we were presently surprised about the new clinic which we visited today. The new clinic is much more professional and we are happy to come here. We were taken very well care of and we have confidence in our doctor and the team here. Wish us luck!

We’ve had a great experience at ProCrea Swiss/ Next Fertility Prague (twice!). The clinic is immaculate, the staff is friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. My family is complete thanks to ProCrea Prague!
