★ ★ ★ ★ ★ na osobním jednání klient obdržel informaci, že úvěr nebude z důvodu prodlení zesplatněn, pokud bude dlužná částka obratem uhrazena, po úhradě dlužné částky ve sjednané lhůtě - tedy v situaci kdy nebyl v prodlení s jakoukoliv úhradou dle smlouvy - obdržel klient oznámení o zesplatnění, do týdne byly pohledávky ze smlouvy postoupeny do neprůhledné struktury společností, které se zabývají vymáháním dluhů (a obratem postoupeny do další ze společností v rámci této struktury), smluvní podmínky úvěru (navýšení úrokové sazby o 20% p.a., smluvní úrok z prodlení 20% p.a., smluvní pokuta 2% z výše úvěru za každé porušení smlovuy, přímý prodej zástavy apod.) zcela odpovídají výše uvedenému jednání a povaze tohoto subjektu
