M	Mara Kuba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dle rady pana lekarnika jsem jsi koupil ohrivaci krem na naple svaly. Vubec nehreje, zapomel rict, ze bude fungovat minimalne po 5 minutech masaze. Jinak nejsou moc ochotny v tehle lekarne. According to the advice of the pharmacist, I bought a warming cream for full muscles. He does not heat at all, he forgot to say that it will work at least after 5 minutes of massage. Otherwise they are not very willing in this pharmacy.
O	Ondřej Pelák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Má jediná zkušenost s touto lékarnou končí tím, že zde již nakupovat nebudu. Před odjezdem do zahraničí jsem si koupil kapky do očí, za necelých 400Kč. Ve spěchu na autobus jsem je jen hodil do batohu, zaplatil a odešel. Bohužel po příjezdu do ciziny jsem zjistil, že krabička s kapkami byla již otevřená, kapky byly v krabičce jinak, než standardně bývají a papír s návodem byl očividně přeložený jinak, než měl být. (mám s touto značkou již delší zkušenosti...). Kapky jsem tedy z bezpečnostních důvodů nepoužil a vydal jsem se po příjezdu do prahy zpět do lékárny s žádostí, zda by mi je nevymněnili vzhledem k výše popsaným důvodům. Paní mi řekly, že u nich nikdy žádné balení otevřené nebylo, že odmítají, že by mi toto prodaly a že by to jedině mohly poslat výrobci na posouzení (což jsem odmítl, vzhledem k tomu, že je to časový nesmysl a výsledek je pochybný...). Lékárnice byly sice milé, ale z nákupu jsem opravdu zklamaný. My only experience with this pharmacy is that I'm not going to shop here anymore. Before going abroad I bought drops into my eyes, for less than 400CZK. In a hurry on the bus I just threw them in my backpack, paid and left. Unfortunately after arriving abroad I found out that the box with drops was already open, the drops were in the box differently than they normally are and paper with instructions was obviously translated differently than it should have been. (I have had more experience with this brand ...). So, for safety reasons, I did not use the drops and I went back to the pharmacy after my arrival in Prague and asked if they would exchange it for the reasons described above. The lady told me that they never had any packaging open for them, that they refused to sell it to me and that it could only be sent to the manufacturers for consideration (which I refused, given that it is time nonsense and the result is doubtful. ..). Although the pharmacists were nice, I am really disappointed with the purchase.

Mám lékárnu naproti práci, takže jinde moc nekupuji a jsem opravdu spoko. Mrs. Masters are always incredibly nice, willing to deal with any problem and work quickly. I have a pharmacy opposite my job, so I don't buy much elsewhere and I'm really happy.
Š	Štěpán Slíž on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lékarnu navštěvuji pravidelně. Vždy ochotná paní magistra se vším trpělivě poradí. Stejně tak ostatní lékárnice. O milión% lepší služby než otrávený personál v retězcích. I visit the pharmacy regularly. The always willing master will patiently deal with everything. The same goes for other pharmacists. One million% better service than poisoned staff in chains.
E	Ethaniel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patrně můj nejhorší zážitek z lékárny. Arogance a neschopnost. Paní magistra nejspíš zadala do systému špatně nacionále nebo s ním neumí pracovat (asi obě možnosti současně). Načež se mnou jednala jak z nějakým zlodějem, podvodníkem. Šílené takhle jednat s člověkem a ještě nemocným kvůli její vlastní chybě!!! Ten tón nikdy nezapomenu!! Naštěstí jsou v okolí jiné lékárny. Sem opravdu NIKDY více! Probably my worst pharmacy experience. Arrogance and incompetence. The master probably entered the system badly nationally or cannot work with it (probably both options at the same time). Then she treated me like a thief. Crazy acting like this with a man and still sick because of her own mistake !!! I will never forget that tone !! Fortunately, there are other pharmacies nearby. There really NEVER more here!
