Milí a vstřícní lidé, ceny dobré a hlavně na rozdíl od ostatních řetězcových lékáren mají v zásobě i méně obvyklá léčiva, takže není pokaždé nutné něco objednávat.. My favorite pharmacy in Karlin. V	Václav Hejda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V pátek jsem si zapomněl dojít pro antibiotika, která mi bohužel před víkendem došla. Lékárna zavírá v 18:30. V 18:32 jsem se dovolal paní, kterou jsem poprosil, jestli by na mě 10-15min počkala, s tím, že bych si pro ně mohl přijet, a že jí za ten čas čekání něco dám. (V mém pochopení by to bylo třeba 100-200kč navíc). Paní se mi začala smát do telefonu, a celkem dlouho mi začala vysvětlovat, že když se o sebe neumím postarat, že je to můj problém, že už jí začal víkend, že už na mě nemá čas, a že jí už vůbec nic nezajímá protože na ní doma čekají děti, a že už kvůli mě nebude startovat počítač. Kdyby místo toho dlouhého žvanění chvilku navíc počkala, mohl jsem tam být, vydělala by si lidskou úctu, věrného klienta, a nějakou kačku navíc + pětihvězdičkovou recenzi. No jo.. hold jsme v Čechách, a zde je to normální přístup lékárníků. Chápu, že je to moje věc, má se chodit v čas.. ovšem, byla to trochu krizovka.. paní jsem slušně poprosil, a mohla mi alespoň odmítnou méně arogantním způsobem (na kase se jinak zdá jako velmi skvělá paní). Tak Vám přeji, aby jste si po cestě domů vzpomněla, že máte mobil v kanclu.. a jinak, hezký víkend :) On Friday, I forgot to go for antibiotics, which I unfortunately ran out before the weekend. The pharmacy closes at 18:30. At 18:32 I called the lady I asked if she would wait for me for 10-15 minutes, saying that I could come for them and that I would give her something during the waiting time. (In my understanding, it would need an extra 100-200 CZK). The lady started laughing at me on the phone, and for a long time she started explaining to me that when I can't take care of myself, that it's my problem, that the weekend has already started, that she doesn't have time for me anymore, and that she doesn't care about anything at all because children are waiting for her at home, and that the computer will no longer start for me. If she waited a long time instead of a long chatter, I could be there, she would earn human respect, a loyal client, and some extra duck + a five-star review. Well, yes, we are in the Czech Republic, and this is the normal approach of pharmacists. I understand it's my business to walk in time .. of course, it was a bit of a crisis .. the lady I asked politely, and she could at least reject me in a less arrogant way (at the cash register otherwise seems like a very great lady). So I wish you to remember on the way home that you have a mobile phone in the office .. and otherwise, have a nice weekend :)
