L	Lenka Bartošová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za mne nejhorší zkušenost. Vozidlo bylo do servisu převezeno po srážce s kamionem. Vydáno zpět mi bylo v hrozném stavu. Interiér nejen že nebyl uklizen, což při opravě za téměř 200 tisíc Kč považuji za samozřejmost, ale ještě to vypadalo, že uvnitř někdo řezal dřevo. Palubní deska byla zapatlaná a mé osobní věci, které se nacházely ve voze během srážky byly naházeny na jednu hromadu v kufru. Na úklid vozu tedy nebyla viditelně chuť. Přednější zřejmě bylo umístit loga NH CAR pod našimi SPZ značkami. Při dalším ohledání jsem zjistila, že na střeše havarované strany vozu je viditelné promáčknutí a poškrábání. Když jsem na toto a špinavý interiér zástupce NH CAR (pan Milan Pokorný) upozornila, bylo mi sděleno, že vůz už byl takto přivezen a jestli k tomu mám fotodokumentaci. Vozidlo jsem tedy převzala v tomto stavu, protože pánovi to evidentně připadalo naprosto v pořádku. S takto arogantním chováním jsem se v životě nesetkala. Not only was the interior not cleaned, which I take for granted when repairing for almost CZK 200,000, but it also seemed that someone was cutting wood inside. The dashboard was sealed and my personal belongings in the car during the collision were thrown into one pile in the trunk. So there was no visible appetite for cleaning the car. Probably the first thing was to place the NH CAR logos under our license plates. Upon further inspection, I found that there were visible dents and scratches on the roof of the crashed side of the car. When I drew attention to this and the dirty interior of the NH CAR representative (Mr. Milan Pokorný), I was told that the car had already been brought in this way and if I had photo documentation. So I took over the vehicle in this condition, because it obviously seemed perfectly fine to the master. I have never encountered such arrogant behavior in my life. Lenka Bartošová

Hi, I haven't experienced anything so bad in a long time !! Never again ... ordered a change 14 days in advance and then I wait 9h ... I definitely do not recommend !!
M	Matěj Hlaváč on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oprava vozu po nehodě trvala o měsíc déle a to jsem se pravidelně připomínal, protože termín se neustále posouval a nikdo neměl tolik slušnosti mi o tom říct, dokud jsem se nezeptal sám. Nakonec ale došlo k dokončení a chtěl jsem to nechat být, ale zjistil jsem po jízdě ve vyšších rychlostech, že je to totálně zfušované a vyměněnými dveřmi dovnitř profukuje. Oslovil jsem e-mailem servisního technika, který opravu se mnou řešil a týden bez reakce. To jsou jen doložitelná fakta, vztek nemá smysl psát, ale toto jsem ještě nezažil... I contacted the service technician who dealt with the repair with my e-mail and did not respond for a week. These are just verifiable facts, there is no point in writing anger, but I have never experienced this ...
