M	Majký Urban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do servisu jsem dovezl BMW 530xd F07 na vymenu brzdove kapaliny. Pri predani mi bylo receno, ze mam prorazeny zadni vzduchovy mech, a bude potreba vymenit oba, protoze jeden se neda. A celkova cena bude cca 50.000,- + prace. Cela ta story se mi nezdala, proto jsem odvezl auto do jineho servisu, kde mi mechanici ukazali, ze oba mechy jsou ok, bez jakekoliv znamky poskozeni. BW servis je akorat banda zlodeju. Vyhnete se jim obloukem I delivered a BMW 530xd F07 for service to change the brake fluid. When sold, I was told that I had punctured the rear air moss, and it would be necessary to replace both, because one is not possible. And the total price will be about 50,000 + work. The whole story didn't seem to me, so I took the car to another service, where the mechanics showed me that both mosses are ok, without any signs of damage. BW service is just a bunch of thieves. d	daniel filip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21.1:2021 Dnes jsem přivezl do tohoto servisu své BMW x5, kde doslo po odpojeníb baterie se závadou nekomunikace imobilizeru po odpojení baterie. Zde nám bylo zděleno, že se jedná pouze o spárovaní jednotek, po 30min, nám technik sdělil, že odešla CAS jednotka, oprava 10 500 kč, prace 2500kč... Vozidlo jsme převezli do jiného servisu, kde jednotky a imobilizér byly spárovany za 30min cena 1000kč!!!!! Pokud tyto jednotky dokázal spárovat naprostý amatér a né autorizovaný servis BMW ...napadá mě pouze jediná možnost , proč byla stanovena závada CAS jednotky když byla v naprostém pořádku...... 21.1: 2021 Today I brought my BMW x5 to this service, where after disconnecting the battery there was a fault in immobilizer failure to communicate after disconnecting the battery. Here we were told that it is only a pairing of units, after 30 minutes, the technician told us that the CAS unit has left, repair CZK 10,500, work CZK 2,500 ... We moved the vehicle to another service, where the units and immobilizer were paired in 30 minutes price 1000 CZK !!!!! If these units were able to be paired by a complete amateur and not by an authorized BMW workshop ... the only possibility that comes to mind is why a CAS unit fault was determined when it was in perfect order ......

Oprava byla značně předražená a přestože měli plnou moc pro jednání s pojišťovnou, tak částku, kterou již pojišťovna nebyla ochotná uhradit (cca 10.000,- Kč z celkové částky 300.000,- Kč) vymáhají soudní cestou. K tomu jsem jim zaplatil přes 50.000,- za mimo záruční servis. Vyměněné náhradní díly mi nebyly ukázány ani předány. Oprava byla provedena nekvalitně, lak se sám odlupuje, čelní světlomety mají po roce praskliny. Pochybuji o použití originálních dílů, což i pojišťovna rozporovala. Byla velká chyba nedat auto do autorizovaného servisu BMW ale sem. On my BMW 530 they made a repair from the insurance indemnity. The repair was considerably overpriced and even though they had a power of attorney to negotiate with the insurance company, they recover the amount that the insurance company was no longer willing to pay (approximately CZK 10,000 out of the total amount of CZK 300,000). For that, I paid them over 50,000 for outside the warranty service. Replaced spare parts were not shown or handed over to me. The repair was of poor quality, the paint peels off on its own, the headlights have cracks after a year. I doubt the use of original parts, which the insurance company also disputed. It was a big mistake not to put the car in an authorized BMW workshop but here.

Vzdy skvela domluva, ryChla a precizni prace. Absolute satisfaction, professionalism, I have been taking good care of the Mini and now the new BMW for over 10 years. I don't know better service. Great deal, quick and precise work.

R	Raymond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BW motors Prague is specialized in the repair of BMW's. At first it was hard to find them when I googled with english keywords. What probably doesn't help is that their website is only in Czech. Hopefully a review helps to find them more easily. My BMW started to make strange sounds on my way to Prague, so it was clear I needed the help of a mechanic. BW motors is run by two men who speak very good english, one of the owners has studied in the US. This really helped when explaining the problem. They charged 960 Cz Kr (= 35 euro) to run a diagnostic program, to determine the problem. From there I could decide to move on. My problem turned out to be a broken ventilator. BW motors had it repaired within a few hours. The communication was excellent, and they were helpful with finding alternative transportation. In all, if you have trouble with your BMW while staying in Prague, I can highly recommend this firm.

Could not think of anything an authorized service center can offer which these guys cannot, once your car is out of warranty. Staff is fluent in English, which works like a charm for me.

Original parts are used and unlike in an authorized service, I did not feel like I was being persuaded to buy new parts or pay for unnecessary diagnostics, where a fix would be possible. Definitely recommended.
