Jezdím s firmou už řadu let. Dřív super ale poslední době brutální propad kvality přístupu k zákazníkům. Nový ceník počítá s tím, že si musíte včas zvolit “balíček”. Ty jsou podle hodin a kilometrů, co jste ujel. Bohužel aplikace vám neřekne ani jedno, takže podle oka odhadujete, jaký z balíčků by asi mohl být nejvhodnější. A když si ho náhodou zapomenete zvolit, pic ho, hned to máte o tisíc korun dražší. Připadám si vždycky jak někde v Bankoku na tržišti. Vrchol je teď scénka s vodou do ostřikovače. Že jí mají auta vyplácanou v tomhle počasí chápu. Ale že mi ji odmítnout proplatit, když ji do auta za ně naleju? Dřív tohle normálně fungovalo, věděli jste, za kolik jezdíte, věděli jste, ze když je třeba do auta něco nalejt a zrovna to ta karta nebere, tak to proplatí. Normální přístup. Ale teď? Jsem hodně otrávenej. Jinak auta jsou v dobrým stavu, čistý, žádné problémy za ty roky nemám. Ale tahle nová komunikační strategie “podraz si svého zákazníka” mě fakt vytáčí.
I have been riding with the company for many years. Formerly super but recently brutal decline in the quality of approach to customers. The new price list assumes that you must choose a "package" in time. These are based on the hours and kilometers you have traveled. Unfortunately, the application won't tell you either, so you can tell by eye which of the packages might be the most suitable. And if you happen to forget to choose it, pic it, you have it a thousand crowns more expensive. I always feel like I'm somewhere in Bangkok at the market. The highlight is now a scene with water in the washer. I understand that they have cars paid for in this weather. But would I refuse to pay her if I poured her into the car for them? It used to work normally, you knew how much you were driving for, you knew that if you had to pour something into the car and the card didn't take it, it would pay off. Normal approach. But now? I'm very annoyed. Otherwise the cars are in good condition, clean, I have no problems over the years. But this new "kick your customer" communication strategy really turns me on.

Absolutní zklamání z této služby a ze zákaznické podpory. Totální arogance při řešení problému přes email slečny asistentky a absolutní nezájem. Aby mně někdo pokutoval za to, že udělám dopravní přestupek ještě navíc k dopravnímu přestupku to je opravdu zneužívání a vydělávání na tom, zda dodržuji či nedodržuji dopravní předpisy. To jak se k tomu stavím je čistě moje věc a nemám problém platit, ale aby mi někdo dělal kantora a ještě pokutoval pokutu a říkal mi že je to špatné, když využívám jeho služby to je opravdu urážlivé a tato firma pro mně klesá na minimum.
Absolute disappointment with this service and customer support. Total arrogance in solving the problem via the email of a young assistant and absolute disinterest. For someone to fine me for committing a traffic offense in addition to the traffic offense is really abuse and making money on whether or not I comply with traffic regulations. How I approach it is purely my business and I have no problem paying, but for someone to be my cantor and still fine me and tell me that it's bad when I use his services it's really offensive and this company is getting to a minimum for me.

Auto jsem si dnes půjčila poprvé. V prvé řadě mě potěšila možnost volby Karoqa v příjemné výbavě, nicméně již po otevření dveří mě nemile překvapila sedačka plná drobků. Celou cestu jsem přemýšlela nad tím, kdo do aut tankuje a nyní jsem se dočetla že sami užívající. Nelíbí se mi, že si Váš zákazník zapůjčí automobil a za dobu, kdy pro Vás koná službu (tankuje) mu mají běžet placené minuty v plné výši (mě by lákalo nechat prázdné auto a naskočit do jiného - ač bych to samozřejmě neudělala). Uvítala bych také nějaké desinfekční prostředky, protože právě opatlaný volant po nějakém prasátku, které jelo přede mnou, mi moc nevoněl. Tedy služba CAR4WAY se mi z větší části líbí, až by bylo dobré některé věci vypilovat. Co mi vadí je, jak se k tomu lidé chovají a ono taky asi nejde moc víc čekat, protože čas jsou v tomto případě peníze. :)
I rented a car for the first time today. First of all, I was pleased to be able to choose Karoq with pleasant equipment, however, even after opening the door, I was unpleasantly surprised by the sofa full of crumbs. All the way I thought about who is refueling in the cars and now I read that they are using themselves. I don't like that your customer can rent a car and for the time when he is doing a service for you (refueling) he has to run paid minutes in full (I would be tempted to leave the car empty and jump into another one - although of course I wouldn't). I would also welcome some disinfectants, because the steering wheel just about a pig that was driving in front of me didn't smell much to me. So I like the CAR4WAY service for the most part, when it would be good to hone some things. What bothers me is how people behave and it probably can't be waited much longer, because time is money in this case. :)

Využíváme pravidelně s přáteli a zatím naprostá spokojenost. S autem můžeme po celé ČR, vozidlo bylo zatím vždy v pořádku a skvěle posloužilo, vyhovuje mi mobilní aplikace, přes kterou si můžu pohodlně najít nejbližší vůz. Kazí to akorát lidé, kteří po sobě neumí uklidit, alespoň vyklepat koberečky by vám nic neudělalo, a taky často neumí vozidlo dotankovat, takže chvíli trvá, než najdeme adekvátní stav nádrže (když zrovna nechceme ještě ztrácet čas tankováním po někom jiném). Jinak ale doposud nebyl žádný problém a doufám, že toto ještě dlouho vydrží.
We use it regularly with friends and so far we are completely satisfied. We can use the car all over the Czech Republic, the vehicle has always been in order and has served perfectly, I like the mobile application, through which I can conveniently find the nearest car. It just spoils people who can't clean up after themselves, at least knocking out carpets wouldn't do anything to you, and they also often can't refuel the vehicle, so it takes a while to find an adequate tank (if we don't want to waste time refueling someone else). Otherwise, there has been no problem so far and I hope that this will last a long time.

Excellent system, very affordable and takes away the stress and hassles of owning your own vehicle. The only downside is having to return it to the same area you collected it from.

The website is really awful. They tell you tons about the cars and the company but it’s nearly impossible to find a way to actually rent one. After 10 minutes I found a way to register. As I’m a much stronger in English, I was on the EN page. When I finally got to open a form to register, the form was in CZ. While I can make it through elementary forms in CZ, I didn’t feel comfortable with this as it’s a bit more serious. They need a new web designer and business development team.

Hi! I'm actually really disappointed in this program as a foreigner. Usually I rent cars if I need to drive somewhere out of the cities I visit that can't be reached by public transport easily, but I'm living in the Czech Republic so this program made sense as a back-up to public for me. I had joined a car sharing program in Belgium (Zen electric cars) when I lived there that was great, and very affordable. This car sharing, car4way, manager reamed and disappointed me, and I ended up losing 2000 kc (100 USD) to them and didn't get to use the cars once. I would recommend that you find a better car program if visiting Prague, such as revolt. I will never get my 2000 kc back unless I go to trial, and I don't have the money for that :) So, be smarter than me, and don't send them a down payment at all. They claimed after the fact that it was not a deposit, but a "fee" after I had already been told on the phone that it was a deposit and I would get it back when I was done with the service. The contract unfortunately is only in Czech (they do not offer one in English), and Google translate didn't make that part out when I read it before I signed, which of course is my mistake to sign in a language I don't understand well, but I had good faith in the agent on the phone telling me the truth about what I was signing (I only wish I had recorded that conversation!). So, I would suggest not sending them money up front.

I've been using randomly Car4Way for less than a year, and 3 things really made the experience terrible : No fully english version of the site nor the contracts. There are always texts that cannot be translated. I didn't understand czech at this time, and it made my life very complicated. Had to sign blind a contract just based on my trust of the agent. Which leads me to the second point. I cancelled my contract few days ago... bye bye the deposit which was supposed to be paid back... radio silence >.< Last, their application is purposely missing information to confuse you in your choice. I ended up losing 2000Kč for just 4h because of picking the wrong rental program. I was looking for the info as I feared this issue... nowhere in the app was the update of the price when you rent the car without a bundle. This is absolutely unacceptable as it is just a matter of a basic multiplication when you enter the starting and ending time of your rental and the type of car you need to let you know how much it would cost... but no... The app says nothing, just the bundle option, but you cannot compare the price with the "No bundle" to be sure to make the right choice. When discussing with them, they reply that we have to know the rules and prices and we can check online... This is insane, this is a nomad app, and I am not an accountant to remember all the prices... and I am not going to check their website every single time I need to rent a car through their app when they could just add it in the app in 2 clics. This trap is really made for you to fall in. I ended up paying 10 times the regular price... I left them. Look somewhere else, I don't recommend.
