E	Eva Nečasová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autorizovaný servis Nikon již nikdy více. Přestala mi fungovat digitální zrcadlovka D700. Vyplnila jsem jejich formulář (včetně typu i výrobního čísla), pro fotoaparát si přijel Toptrans. Za 3 dny mi napsali, že podpora pro tento produkt je ukončena a že ho posílají zpět. Žádná informace, co je poroucháno, nic. Když jsem posléze volala na jejich infolinku, bylo mi sděleno, že fotoaparát ani neotevřeli, jelikož když je to nepodporovaný typ, ani to nedělají. Paní mi nebyla schopna vysvětlit, z jakého důvodu si vůbec nechali fotoaparát zasílat, když muselo být jasné již z formuláře, že s ním nebudou nic dělat. Mimo ztracených 5 dní, kdy nemám jako fotograf svůj foťák, mě opravdu rozladila nelogičnost, kterou bych nečekala od společnosti Nikon. Nikon authorized service never again. The D700 digital SLR has stopped working. I filled out their form (including type and serial number), Toptrans came for the camera. In 3 days they wrote back to me that support for this product has been discontinued and is being shipped back. No information that is broken down, nothing. When I finally called their information line, I was told that they hadn't even opened the camera, because if they were an unsupported type, they didn't. The lady could not explain to me why they had the camera sent at all, when it had to be clear from the form that they would not do anything about it. Except for the lost 5 days when I don't have my camera as a photographer, I was really annoyed by the illogical nature I wouldn't expect from Nikon.

Přístup personálu je profesionální a milý. Doporučuji a moc děkuji za služby! I have been to the service with my equipment several times. It was always quickly and efficiently repaired or cleaned what was needed. The approach of the staff is professional and kind. I recommend and thank you very much for the service!
H	Helen LaRuna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěla jsem si vyčistit vnitřní stranu hledáčku, ale jelikož mi nešly povolit šroubky těla, tak jsem se rozhodla požádat o pomoc ,,odborníka,, a udělala si výlet na Zbraslav. Odštěpný závod je v krásné přírodě na jedničku s hvězdičkou, ale o to více se tomuto hodnocení vzdaluje kvalita servisu. Povolení šroubků mi bylo odmítnuto s tím, že pokud by se něco porouchalo, pak by vzhledem ke stáří mého Nikonu nemohli závadu opravit a že mám zaslat fotoaparát do Sezimova Ústí?! Vskutku nevím co by se mělo při povolení šroubků poničit a posílat fotoaparát do dalekého servisu, když ani servis nepožaduji mi příjde úplně zbytečné. Tak alespoň že ten výlet do přírody byl fajn:D I wanted to clean the inside of the viewfinder, but because I could not loosen the body screws, so I decided to ask for help, an expert, and made a trip to Zbraslav. D	David Kaplan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahojky lidi Vcera jsem se zde v arealu golfoveho hriste zucastnil od Fa. NIKON celodenni skoleni jak spravne nastavit zrdcadlovku a pote foti. Areal byl krasne upraven i personal byl Super ackoliv jsem prisel do stiku s mistnim personalem je, kdyz jsme sly na obed a musim rici, ze byli velice ochotni jak cisnici tak i na recepci. A co se tyce greenu tak tomu nerozumi, ale porad sekaali a starali se onej. A personalu Nikon pan lektor byl uzasny krasne polopate nam vse vysvetlil a tak jsme to chapali o hodne lepe nez z nejake knihy. Moc dekuji Vsem co ve Fa. Nikon pracuji a skoli lidicky jako jsem ja. A pozor❗pro vsechny Vozickare co vahaji do tohoto arealu se vydat vubec nemusite se nicehoz nic bat nebo se obavat ja jsem v arealu jezdil jak F1 bez jakychkoliv potozi. Krasne a spokojene dny preji Vsem.... DADA♿?? Hi guys I attended the golf course here from the Fa yesterday. NIKON all-day training how to properly adjust the zrdcadlovka and then photos. Areal was beautifully adjusted and personal was Super Although I came to stike with the local staff is when we hear lunch and I must say that they were very willing to both the Empress and the reception. Foťák svezli a přivezli aniž by vyřešili problém s tím, že díly už se nedělají... A o době držení a jednání s infolinkou vůbec nemluvím! Nikdy víc! Terror and horror !!!! They had the camera sent to them, but they didn't do anything with it except "lubrication" and the price?! ... Disgusting .... They took the camera and brought it without solving the problem that the parts were no longer done ... And about the holding time and I'm not talking to the infoline at all! Never more!
