★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, attentive service from the blond waitress. Terrine + farm cheese plate made with quality ingredients but honestly look at the size. Italian (?) restaurant claiming influences from Paris & Barcelona, confusing menu of strawberry gazpacho, beetroot curry, 755 Kč tasting menu, and a 625 Kč steak. Stopped in for wine but unfortunately won't be back for dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great time at Nota Bene, it is truly a hidden gem and I can't believe the restaurant was not packed when I walked in. Staff was really nice and the chef certainly knows how to cook well. Highly recommend, I know I will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food. If you are getting slightly tired of all the meat in traditional Czech food, this is a lovely oasis from it. The vegetable penne is esp delish. Highly recommend the chef's selection at dinner time. I will go back to prague just for it!

I went there for lunch and ate a “Beef Schnitzel”, which was well prepared and good priced. Taste wise, it was good, but nothing special. The potato mash wasn’t in my taste since it tasted very milky.
I was served in a timely manner. What I didn’t understand was the way of the serving of the menu since she basically told me what they had (maybe because they didn’t had a menu in English), but I never had the chance to figure that out in the first place.
The staff was kind of demotivated, which wasn’t optimal either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give Nota Bene six stars. Consistently high quality menus, locally sourced produce goes into well thought out dishes. Wine and beer selection is not huge but it is very very good. The best meal we’ve had in Prague hands-down, every time.
