T	Terezia Mintúchová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednávka síce prišla expresne rýchlo ale produkty dnu boli poškodené a oblepené lepiacou páskou. Asi aby som si nevšimla že sú prasknuté a pretekajú. Po upozornení ma pani na infolinke informovala že sa situácia vyrieši a mám jej nafotiť balik aj produkty urobila som tak a prišla mi správa že mi pošlú kupón na 5€ a poškodené produkty si mozem nechať. Po prvé produkty ktoré boli poškodené stali viac ako 5€ a zásielku som mala poistenú a pri poistení sa píše že Vám okamžite bez čakania vymenia kus za kus no nestalo sa tak. Preto som tuto situáciu nahlásila aj na obchodnú inšpekciu a firmu notino neodporúčam nikomu. The order came expressly quickly, but the bottom products were damaged and covered with adhesive tape. C est donc pas mon problème si ils sont incapables malgré 9 jours d attente de me faire livrer ! Notino devrais assumer son mauvais partenariat et trouver une solution rapide et efficace car je suis leur client ! Mais au lieu de ça , je constate que en 7 appel téléphonique ( un chaque jour ) ils ne sont pas compétent ! Donc il ont bien choisit leur partenaire colis privé car ils sont aussi médiocre qu eux ! Et oui , comme dit le proverbe , qui se ressemble s assemble ! A présent j irai au magasin ça me fera économiser du temps et des nerfs .

Týden objednávku balili, i když bylo vše skladem... Kromě toho cena se každým dnem mění a bohužel nejenom dolů. Po této zkušenosti jsem 2x kontaktovala zákaznické centrum a odpovědi se mi nedostalo.
