★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drahá termostatická baterie mi nevydržela ani 5 let. Když jsem to chtěl reklamovat, tak to bylo zamítnuto. Faktura nestačila, prý musím mít prodejcem potvrzený záruční list. Na obalu se uvádělo 7 let záruka a to bez dalších extra podmínek. Holt hledají se překážky, aby se dalo reklamaci vyhnout. Nedoporučuji, příště koupím kvalitnější značku, která vydrží a plní to co uvádí na svém obalu bez nějakých kliček.
 The expensive thermostatic faucet did not last me even 5 years. When I wanted to complain, it was rejected. The invoice was not enough, they say I have to have a warranty card confirmed by the seller. The packaging stated a 7-year warranty without any additional conditions. Holt is looking for obstacles to avoid complaints. I do not recommend, next time I will buy a higher quality brand that will last and fulfill what it states on its packaging without any loops.

They are much more expensive than, for example, the Bauhaus, but at least they have a lot of things in stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nepríjemná obsuha. Pokiaľ chcete niečo mimo ich štandardnú ponuku usetrite čas a choďte radšej inam. Ja osobne mám dobré skúsenosti u Ptáčka.
Unpleasant use. If you want something outside their standard offer, save time and go elsewhere. I personally have a good experience with Ptáček.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pěkná prodejna sanitárního zboží. Ochotný personál. Škoda špatného parkování. Ale prodejna blízko konečné šaliny č.5. A autobusové zastávky. Doporučuji návštěvu všem.
Nice sanitary ware store. Helpful staff. Too bad poor parking. But the store near the final dirt No.5. And bus stops. I recommend a visit to everyone.
