Na začátku 19. století koupili panství Schwarzenbergové a nechali zámek zvýšit o druhé patro a přestavět ve stylu pozdního empíru. Kolem byl velký park. Po konci monarchie koupili zámek redemptoristé, kteří přistavěli kostel , klášter a založili gymnázium. Za druhé světové války se sem nastěhovali němečtí okupanti. V 50. letech minulého století se na zámek nastěhovala pohraniční stráž a byla zde poddůstojnická škola psovodů. Pochází odtud první českoslovenští vlčáci. Pohraniční stráž skončila na začátku 90. let. Po ní tu byla až do roku 2012 policie, sklady a chovná stanice. Teď je zámek opuštěný a chátrá. After the end of the monarchy, they bought the redemptorist castle, which built a church, a monastery, and founded a grammar school. During the Second World War, German occupiers moved in. In the 1950s, a border guard was moved to the castle, and there was an enlisted school of handlers. The first Czechoslovak wolves come from here. The border guard ended in the early 1990s. After that, police, warehouses and breeding stations were there until then. Now the castle is deserted and desolate.
