Měsíc jsem čekal zbytečně na změnu tarifu. V Olomouci v T-Mobilu to vyřešili hned a zjistilo se že to ten pán v Žamberku zadal úplně špatně..
INABILITY..!!
I waited a month to change the tariff unnecessarily. In Olomouc in T-Mobile they solved it immediately and found out that the man in Žamberk entered the wrong way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oproti konkurenci v podobě O2 fakt obrovský rozdíl. V T-mobile se ze mě nesnažili prioritně vytáhnout peníze za něco, co nepotřebuju, ale snažili se nalézt řešení mého problému. Jasné, nic není dokonalé. Pořád je to obrovský korporát, který má celou řadu systémových chyb, ale přístup se mi zdá oproti konkurenci mnohem lepší. Pán dokonce působí lidsky, ne jako prodavač pojištění (jako tomu je v O2). Snad mě v budoucnu nezklamete.
There is a huge difference compared to the competition in the form of O2. At T-mobile, they didn't try to get money out of me as a priority for something I didn't need, but they tried to find a solution to my problem. Sure, nothing is perfect. It's still a huge corporate with a number of system errors, but the approach seems much better than the competition. The Lord even acts humanely, not as an insurance seller (as is the case at O2). Perhaps you will not disappoint me in the future.
