★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodejní a klientské centrum O2 v Mariánských Lázních je pro mne velmi milým a příjemným místem. Vždy mne tu čeká příjemná, milá, ochotná a hlavně profesionální obsluha. Zatím mi vždy se vším rádi a ochotně pomohli, poradili a doporučili. Jezdím sem velmi rád a všem vřele toto místo doporučuji. I oni jsou důvodem, proč stále u O2 zůstávám a jsem spokojen.
The O2 sales and client center in Mariánské Lázně is a very nice and pleasant place for me. There is always a pleasant, kind, helpful and, most importantly, professional service waiting for me here. So far, they have always been happy and willing to help, advise and recommend everything to me. I like to come here very much and I highly recommend this place to everyone. They are also the reason why I still stay with O2 and I am satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jak kdy hlavně ohledně překladky internetu nebo o jeho stále rychlosti každý den a vždy to vypadává nevím proč ale bydlel sem na 3 místech a furt stejný problém....
How ever, especially about the translation of the Internet or its constant speed every day and it always seems I do not know why, but I lived here in 3 places and still the same problem ....

Zaprvé hrozně předražené služby a za druhe opět se nam opakoval stejný problém kterým si prošlo již několik mých rodiných příslušníků a to že zrušíte smlouvu a zeptate se co budtete platit clověk na prodejně vam řekne že jenom ten měsíc který je dán ve vypovědní smlouvě vše uhradíte a jéjé a 6 měsíců vám přijde e-mail s dlužnou částkou.
Jinak aby jsme nebyly jenom negativní na prodejně pan Vedoucí a jeden zaměstanec jsou velice ochotní a mají super jednání.
I will definitely not recommend O2. Firstly, terribly overpriced services and secondly, the same problem that several of my family members have already gone through and that canceling the contract and asking what you will pay a person at the store will tell you that only the month given in the notice contract will pay everything and jéjé and 6 months you will receive an email with the amount owed.
Otherwise, so that we are not just negative in the store, Mr. Manager and one employee are very willing and have a great deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatná volba vzal jsem si televizi a internet,kdyš jsem zařízní chtěl vrátit po šesti dnech musel bych ho zaplatit protože jsem podepsal smlouvu v kamené prodejně,z mé strany podvod na zákazníky.
The wrong choice I took TV and the Internet, when I wanted to return the equipment after six days I would have to pay for it because I signed a contract in a stone shop, on my part fraud on customers.
