T	Tomáš Boháček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Služby od O2 nefungují jak mají. Věčné problémy s O2 Tv, internet nemá požadovanou rychlost. K reklamacím se staví dost vlažně, téměř vůbec. Smlouvu nechtějí zrušit ani změnit, ikdyž jejich služby nefungují. Když ptáčka lapají, pěkně mu zpívají. O2 services do not work as intended. Eternal problems with O2 TV, internet does not have the required speed. He complains rather lukewarmly, almost at all. They do not want to cancel or change the contract even if their services do not work. When they catch the bird, they sing to him nicely.

Borec co tam byl řekl že na prodejně nic takového neřeší že si musím zavolat nebo napsat email coz jsem tedy udělal a objednal kurýrní službu na vyzvednutí. Pak volám že si pro mobil nikdo nedojel a že mi přišel akorát email o tom že mobil za 13500 je nepravidelný a že mi posílal částku 4415kc na další zařízení od O2. Za mě jsou to jen podvodníci a nikomu nedoporučuji s touto organizací si vůbec začít. I was there to deal with cell phone insurance. The guy who was there said that the store doesn't solve anything like that, that I have to call or write an email, which I did, so I ordered a courier service for collection. Then I call that no one has arrived for my mobile and that I just received an email stating that the mobile for 13500 is irregular and that he sent me the amount of 4415 CZK to another device from O2. For me, they are just fraudsters and I do not recommend anyone to start with this organization at all.
