Místo toho, aby on zjistil jejich informace, tak mi dal telefonní číslo, ať si zavolám, má to být ale přeci jeho práce ne, pomáhat zákazníkům. A mnohé další.... Naprosto nechápu, jak se tento pán/kluk mohl vypracovat až na zástupce vedoucího. Absolutely dissatisfied. The deputy store manager is reluctant. Trikrat se jim tam volalo a upozorňovalo a po každý prý zapoměli. Dnes mám zdělily, že budem čekat další dva týdny... Měli nás ráno kontaktovat a poslat tel přímo na technika a ani to se nestalo ! Katastrofální jednání... I ordered the o2 HDinternet smart box + o2 TV which arrived in three days. Even after four weeks, the technician did not arrive! Pri reklamaci routeru nám zapůjčí ještě v horším stavu než ten náš.. po telefonické komunikaci řekne,že nemá čas.. Tak ať se radši na to v...... Když na internetu k získání TV nebyla tato podmínka napsaná. Při příchodu domu zapnu pc a přes o2guru vyřízeno k mé spokojenosti. Nedoporučuji návštěvu této pobočky. Asi mají své podmínky. Hello. Přechod k O2 trval vice jak 9 dní a to z důvodu nečinosti pobočkové obsluhy. Navrhuji 30% na 3 měsíce z platu.
