★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Varuji před Azetko. Neustále hledají důvody, proč neuznat reklamaci. Nejprve chtěli přeposlat fakturu, kterou měli, znovu uvést číslo objednávky, které bylo v předmětu, následně foto krbu. První důvod neuznání bylo, že se v krbu přetápí. Když jsem se ohradila, chtěli další foto, které podle nich ani napodruhé nebylo dostatečné. Nakonec to uzavřeli s tím, že protože jsme objednávali (po telefonické poradě s nimi!) 2 nástavce (z jejich příslušenství) a použili je, není krb v souladu s návodem.
I warn the Aztecs. They are constantly looking for reasons not to accept the complaint. First they wanted to forward the invoice they had, re-enter the order number that was in the subject, then a photo of the fireplace. The first reason for not acknowledging was that it was overheating in the fireplace. When I fenced off, they wanted another photo, which, according to them, was not enough for the second time. In the end, they concluded that because we ordered (after a telephone consultation with them!) 2 extensions (from their accessories) and used them, the fireplace is not in accordance with the instructions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupil jsem asi před půl rokem kamna Igotherm GORI. Bohužel jsme asi přetápěli a vnitřní zadní stěna praskla. Nelze tím pádem reklamovat, ale přesto mi mimo reklamaci poslali zdarma náhradní díl.
I bought an Igotherm GORI stove about half a year ago. Unfortunately, we probably overheated and the inner back wall cracked. It is therefore not possible to make a complaint, but they still sent me a spare part free of charge outside the complaint.
