Tímto zdravím paní Pěknou a doporučuji všema deseti :) Like everywhere else, it's about people. Víta. Od středověku se území obce dělí dvě sídliště - ves Velké Přílepy a Kamýk. Ve 20. století se z Velkých Přílep stala středisková obec, která zahrnovala i dříve samostatné obce Lichoceves, Noutonice, Okoř, Svrkyni a Úholičky. Dnes tu žije přibližně 3 500 obyvatel.
