Но, в самом банке не советую обменивать валюту - низкий курс, высокая комиссия. Банк предоставляет комплексные банковские услуги как для частных, так и для корпоративных клиентов. Oberbank is located in a very beautiful building, the façade of which is made in bluish-beige tones. But, in the bank itself, I do not advise you to exchange currency - low rate, high commission. The bank deals with mortgages, loans and insurance.

Nejdřív jsem jí řekl, že atmosféra venku nefunguje s mou kartou Visa (použila jsem ji dříve v Praze). Bez ohledu na to řekla, že jde ven a použije atm a pak mě ignoruje po pokusu o navázání mravů. Nedostal jsem smysl pro jazykovou bariéru. Od začátku až do konce se na mě ani nedívala a dál předstírala, že pracuje. Worst customer experience: the teller wouldn't help me after I asked her if she could tell me how to fx money in person. I told her first that the atm outside didn't work with my Visa card (I've used it before in Prague). Regardless, she said just go outside and use the atm and then proceeded to ignore me after attempcouple morets. I didn't get the sense of language barrier. She didn't even look at me from start to finish and continued to pretend to work. Worst customer experience: the teller wouldn't help me after I asked her if she could tell me how to get fx money personally.
