The worst shoe store. From 17.12.2021 no order info. Even if the bank transfer went well. 29.12. I call there with the idea that I would like info. I had to call there 3 times, because the secretary always told me that she handed the number and no one called me for another 3 hours. Eventually, a guy called me saying he wanted a photo of his feet, and he wasn't sure if I needed this size and if the color could be white instead of purple. Subsequently to this day without communication. I called repeatedly today. Once the secretary said that she would pass the number and call me for a complaint. Nothing. I'm calling for the second time, no one can tell me. I'm calling for 3 and the secretary "Ah, he hasn't called you yet?" after 3 hours of waiting, so that the number is forwarded again. After an hour and a half and 2 SMS and 3 emails to their address, an immediate payment was sent to them. The guy called me that he can't be traded, that he cancels the purchase agreement, that he doesn't have it in stock all the time and doesn't know when it will come, even though he has it on the site as an available item. I do not understand how anyone can afford to tell the customer that it is not possible to trade with him, when the order was set, it was paid and from 17.12.2021 I had no info and the guy still offered me different colors, different size and as a result until 7.1. 2021 did not respond. Simply the worst store in the world. Maybe some of you will be sent a little ... but otherwise a waste of all e-shops.
