★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kladne muzu hodnotit siroky vyber obuvi a milou obsluhu. Presto obchod uprimne nedoporucuji, kvuli spatnemu pristupu k reklamacim, ktery me naprosto znechutil. Zakoupila jsem zimni kozacky Tamaris s menbranou, cena pres 2000kc. Reklamovala jsem je hned prvni tyden. I pres naimpregnovani stacila cesta do prace, abych mela mokre ponozky do puli chodidla. Reklamacni rizeni trvalo celych 30 dni. Nakonec jsem kozacky dostala zpet, ze jsou vporadku a pokud chci boty, ktere okamzite nepromoknou, mam si poridit gumovky :). Odvolani nebylo mozne. Tak mam doma zimniboty, ktere nejde nosit v zime
Positive I can evaluate a wide selection of shoes and nice service. Nevertheless, I sincerely do not recommend the shop because of poor access to complaints, which completely disgusted me. I bought winter boots Tamaris with menbrana, price over 2000kc. I complained about them for the first week. Despite the impregnation, the way to work was enough to keep my wet socks in half-foot. The complaint procedure lasted for 30 days. In the end I got the boots back that they are okay and if I want shoes that do not get wet immediately, I have to wear rubber boots :). Appeal was not possible. So I have winter boots that can't be worn in winter
