★ ★ ★ ★ ★ skvela alternativa k hotelu k porade mimo office. komfortne sme absolvovalli v skupine 10 ludi ale mozno velmi komfortne by bolo 8 ludi. Hodila by sa nejaka slusna restauracia nablizku. Parkovanie mozne na ulici v okoli.
a great alternative to a hotel for out-of-office meetings. comfortably we graduated in a group of 10 people but maybe very comfortable would be 8 people. A decent restaurant nearby would be nice. Parking possible on the street nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Určitě doporučuji pro menší firemní akce. V event room je vše co potřebujete. TV dokonce myslím s 4k rozlišením, fixy, flip papíry magnety atd.. Můžete si zde také udělat výborně kafe a připraví vám občerstvení.
I definitely recommend it for smaller corporate events. The event room has everything you need. TV I even think with 4k resolution, felt-tip pens, flip papers magnets, etc .. You can also make a great coffee here and prepare you a snack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vypůjčím hlášku z jedné pohádky: malej, ale šikovnej. Ale zas tak úplně malý není, bez problémů se nás vešlo 14. Prostředí je příjemné a moderní. Majitelé mají rádi kávu, tak Vás na místě čeká zážitek s profesionálním kávovarem. Zajištěný catering byl skvělý! Navíc se nám dostalo i kvalitniho tekutého překvapení od majitele.
I will borrow a buzz from one fairy tale: small but smart. But again it is not quite small, we easily fit 14. The environment is pleasant and modern. Owners like coffee, so you will experience a professional coffee machine on site. Catering was great! In addition, we also received a quality liquid surprise from the owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pěkné místo pro neformální meetingy do deseti osob. Oceňuji zvedací stoly, takže pracovat se dá i ve stoje. Presso, čaj, nealko, vše k dispozici. Občerstvení dobré a lehké - neutlumí mozkovou činnost.
Nice place for informal meetings of up to ten people. I appreciate the lifting tables, so you can work while standing. Presso, tea, soft drinks, everything available. Refreshments good and light - do not dampen brain activity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravdu super prostor pro jakoukoli událost. Krásný design a hlavně je to tam perfektně vybavené. Skvělý přístup majitelů a perfektní organizace je také velmi příjemný bonus. My tam měli firemní briefing, ale prostor je určitě vhodný pro jakoukoli jinou akci či oslavu a určitě nejen firemní. Určitě doporučuji
Really great space for any event. Beautiful design and most importantly it's perfectly equipped there. Great approach of the owners and perfect organization is also a very nice bonus. We had a corporate briefing there, but the space is definitely suitable for any other event or celebration and certainly not just a corporate one. I definitely recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lukáš was always available, and communication was smooth and flexible. Fabulous time spent all day at Obývak with our team and agencies. The space if excellent for casual day at work, having events or just coworkers’ endorsement of creativity and team spirit! Highly recommended for those, who are looking for a creative working space, friendly environment and hell of a good coffee! The coffee lessons were just a cheery on top ?
