★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatná zkušenost ze světového (online) kongresu anesteziologů (WCA 2021). Webové rozhraní bylo nepřehledné a celá organizace spočívala v založení několika zoomových schůzí. Každému účastníkovi byla zřízena takzvaná uživatelská zóna s nulovou funkčností, např. zcela chyběla provázanost s objednanými a zaplacenými službami.
Organizátor sliboval nahrávky kongresu bez předchozího vyřešení autorských práv, což vedlo ke značnému zpoždění jejích zveřejnění.
Zákaznická podpora sice reagovala rychle, ale bez potřebných informací od vrcholového managementu. To vedlo k zavádějícím, až nepravdivým, odpovědím.
Bad experience from the World (Online) Congress of Anesthesiologists (WCA 2021). The web interface was confusing and the whole organization consisted of setting up several zoom meetings. A so-called user zone with zero functionality was set up for each participant, eg there was a complete lack of interconnection with ordered and paid services.
The organizer promised recordings of the congress without prior resolution of copyright, which led to a significant delay in its publication.
Customer support responded quickly, but without the necessary information from top management. This led to misleading, even untrue, answers.
