★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good point to go through when walking through the city centre. There are good cafes with the city view but one never knows if opened or not- irregular hours. Good fish at Ocean 48 at the 2nd floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a lot of stores but having Albert grocery store and DM convenience store comes very handy. If you go down to lower level it connects to the nice mall Galerie Vankovka and along the tunnel there's stores selling knock offs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the most used escalators have been out of order for two months, nothing is being done about it and people are expected to just climb them even though it's not proper staircase, all safety issues are resolved with a "enter on your own risk" sign

Escalators are out of service at least 3weeks in a month so you need to walk upstairs by yourself carefully not to injure yourself as the iron stairs are quite high and sharp. Toilets cost 10czk to use and are dirty and broken, once I lost a ring and there wasn't any lost and founds, no one to contact as the office hours of mall support are very short, excluding weekends and difficult to find. Management doesn't care about the customers or cleanliness of the building. I use this mall only as a shortcut. A good candidate for a hygienic and safety inspection ?✨
