Prvním krokem je jednoduché logo, zahájena byla také počáteční etapa revitalizace interiérů v přízemí pasáže. V říjnu se otevřela stálá expozici světa pod hladinou, jemuž dominuje velké podmořské akvárium s barevnými rybkami, korály a malým žralokem.
 The new owner started the first stage of the revitalization of the building, which the Brno people know as the passage of the heyday. The first step is a simple logo; the initial phase of the interior revitalization on the ground floor of the arcade has also begun. In October, a permanent underwater world exhibition was opened, dominated by a large underwater aquarium with colorful fish, corals and a small shark.
